Former AC Milan midfielder, Massimo Ambrosini, spoke to DAZN about AC Milan's victory against Genoa and the next challenges that await Stefano Pioli's team:
"The match (vs Genoa) was pretty similar from start to finish. The Rossoneri's difficulties were increased by the aggressiveness of Genoa, for Milan it was a costly match. But the important thing right now is to win. There was a season played well, now the priority is three points. Milan also had to win to cancel the last two 0-0."

On Rafael Leao and Junior Messias scoring against Genoa:
"Kalulu's cross is of a high level, it was perfect. Leao's presence at the far post is perfect, congratulations to both of them for this goal. Messias' goal was important, even if Genoa did not give the feeling of being very dangerous. A free kick is enough to become dangerous in football. Messias has recently lived in a reality of this type, so some negative performances can affec", said Ambrosini.

On the next games:
"Returning to victory drives away some negative thoughts. After the game against Torino, there was some disappointment. The Milan players know what they are playing, against Genoa we saw the tension."
Ambrosini added:
"The only medicine is to look to the future with optimism and to win games, starting with the derby in Coppa Italia."
