RedBird, as we know, own 10% of Liverpool's owner company Fenway Sports Group. They do not have anyone in the board of directors in the Premier League club and obviously do not own part of the club, they only own part of the vehicle that controls The Red Devils.
RedBird have an important contribution in the Liverpool project, though.
According to Corriere della Sera, in fact, the American company's contributions to Liverpool is data analytics, with cutting-edge technology to analyse player performance and find new talented and quality players to sign.
Gerry Cardinale and his partners at RedBird always appreciate how data works so well in sports and how it helps finding important opportunities when trying to sign and recruit players who may have gone under the radar at times.
Gerry Cardinale's company also invested in NBA and NFL but that is not all. Even outside of sports, RedBird have also invested in the company that produced the four-time Oscar-winning film, "Parasite" (around 275 million dollars worth of investment).
