The season is over and AC Milan are crowned champions of Italy after months of hard work and commitment. The team of Stefano Pioli made the dream a reality despite many struggles and setbacks.

Now, the players, coach and his staff will go on a much deserved and needed vacation to replenish their energies. But work does not stop at Casa Milan anyway. In fact, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara must raise the bar and add more quality for the team in view of the next season.

According to a report shared by Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com, AC Milan directors are already looking at the future and plan for the new transfer market window with a player in the sights. The profile highlighted in red in the agenda is Club Brugge's star Charles De Ketelaere.
The Rossoneri's scout (and former player) Ibrahim Ba went on a scouting mission to watch the 21-year-old versatile Belgian attacking midfielder (who can even play up front too). The interest from the club is there as there have been contacts already established between the managers of AC Milan and the player's entourage dating to a few months ago. His contract with the Belgian club runs until June 2024. In 49 games played this season, he scored 18 goals and provided his teammates with 10 assists.
