Former legendary striker of Arsenal and Manchester United Robin Van Persie granted an interview to Sky Sport Italia as he revealed a possible opportunity in the past for him to join the Serie A.

"Milan has never been a real option in my career", he said. "While we had serious discussions with Juventus, but in the end nothing happened."
Robin Van Persie continued:
"We were very close (with Juventus), but we know that these things happen in football."
