AC Milan will go into the market in order to strengthen the team of Stefano Pioli in view of next season. The aim is to get stronger and more competitive especially in the Champions League competition. The Rossoneri management will be looking at some opportunities in the coming mercato session to find valuable opportunities to add depth and quality.

According to a report by Tuttosport in today's print edition, the first signing should be Divock Origi. The striker will be leaving Liverpool after the Champions League final. He will greet his teammates and will be looking forward to his new adventure with the Rossoneri. The Belgian legend of Liverpool and fan-favourite was intrumental in The Reds winning the Champions League trophy back in 2019. Now, he is ready to sign a 4-year deal at a post-tax salary 3.5 million euros per season.
As for the attacking midfield, the dream shot is Charles De Ketelaere who is a 21-year-old Belgian starlet of Club Brugge. If RedBird do put a significant budget in disposal for the transfer market window, a right-winger may also arrive.

With Divock Origi and Olivier Giroud in the striker position, there should be no big purchases in that department for AC Milan, as per the newspaper. The arrival of Andrea Belotti on a free transfer should not be excluded as well.
