Carlo Ancelotti has a big day tomorrow. A Champions League final against Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool. The former Milan boss is hoping to win Real Madrid's fourteenth title in this competition while Mohammed Salah and his teammates are trying to settle the score with Los Blancos.
In all of this, the former AC Milan tactician could be set to retire from coaching once his deal with Real Madrid expires in two years. Then, eyes will be on his son, Davide, who is also his assistant, to follow in his footsteps.
Davide Ancelotti spoke today to the microphones of Corriere della Sera and said the following words:
"My dream? Milan, my favorite team since my father coached them. I attended the youth sector until the Primavera and then I went on loan to Serie D. Why I stopped? I didn't have enough professional talent, I liked coaching even then."
Davide Ancelotti added:
"When will I start my career as head coach? When my dad stops. He said that after Real Madrid it could end. We have a contract for another two years. It will depend a lot on how long this adventure will last: for now we will enjoy it."
