Massimiliano Mirabelli granted an interview to Calciomercato.it's microphones. We reported how he expressed himself about the Rossoneri's achievement in winning the Scudetto as he gave himself some of the credit.
The former Milan sporting director also spoke about Paolo Maldini's interview to La Gazzetta dello Sport and said the following:
"I don't know how it will end, but Milan certainly did a great job, they won a very important and perhaps unexpected title. I think he will not have the slightest problem anyway, this phone call will arrive and it is more than deserved. I believe that there are no doubts about his stay."
On Gianluigi Donnarumma:
"Maybe we hoped he could continue his adventure at Milan, but these are personal choices, maybe we don't know how things went. He chose PSG, one of the most important clubs with strong ownership. I'm also sorry about Romagnoli and Kessie, but this is football, the players go. However, I also feel a bit of a scudetto for the guys who were there this year."
