Divock Origi was unfortunate not to participate in the Champions League final with Liverpool against Real Madrid and try to win on more trophy with The Reds. The Belgian star of the Premier League club sees his contract expiring soon and he will be leaving Anfield on a Bosman with multiple reports already confirming that he should take his medical visits shortly.

The player should be signing with AC Milan on a 4-year deal for a yearly post-tax salary of around 4 million euros. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport in today's edition, the Belgian centre-forward could soon land in Milan and, in the next few days, undergo medical examinations with the club. The player wants to seal the deal as soon as possible and see the Rossoneri environment before going on vacation.
As per the newspaper, AC Milan had to beat competition for Origi, coming from Villareal. In fact, 'The Yellow Submarine' club even offered a higher salary on the table. But the player already had an agreement with Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara which he did not intend on breaking.
