AC Milan is keeping a close eye on the situation of Atalanta's Matteo Pessina carefully. The attacking midfielder who is 25 years old had played for the Rossoneri before and was part of the transfer operation that saw Andrea Conti join the red and black faithful from the Bergamo club.
There is a particular clause in the contract of Matteo Pessina, however, that sees Milan receiving 50% of a future resale, unless he makes 100 appearances with Atalanta.
Pessina right now is at 96 official matches with his club. Another clause sees Atalanta paying 3 million euros to AC Milan if the Italian playmaker reaches 100 matches and instead the 50% on a future resale will be withdrawn from the Rossoneri's way.

Gotta love how we look at Pessina, Cristante who were with Milan youth academy.
