Il Corriere della Sera in today's print edition wrote that a budget for the mercato around 45 to 50 million euros has not been confirmed by the AC Milan club. But, they revealed the guidelines which RedBird and Gerry Cardinale will follow.
In fact, the new owners will not differ from of Elliott: no signings with high salaries. New signings will be in the name of sustainability. Sven Botman remains a target for the club with a cost of 30 million euros. But Newcasle remain on his trail.
It is not excluded, though, that AC Milan look for another profile to follow with a cheaper pricetag in order to allocate most of the budget to sign the attacking midfielder of Club Brugge: Charles De Ketelaere.
As for Renato Sanches, it is necessary to accelerate the deal now before Paris Saint-Germain sends forward an official bid.
