Paris Saint-Germain are working on a double front: finalisation of the arrival of a new coach: Christophe Galtier (former boss at Lille) and Renato Sanches among other targets.
The new director at PSG, Luis Campos, also formerly at Lille, is keen on signing the Portuguese midfielder who is on the radar of AC Milan as well.

According to what is reported by Le10Sport, Paris Saint-Germain have tabled an offer of 10 million euros to sign the 24-year-old former talent of Bayern Munich whose contract expires in June 2023.
For their part, Lille have not accepted this proposal and are hoping to negotiate a higher fee. Contacts between the two French clubs are ongoing and the Paris-based club seem really determined to close the deal.
Sources at Le10Sport also claim that Renato Sanches wants to make the switch to 'Parc des Princes' and don the PSG shirt for next season. AC Milan are monitoring the situation and could enter the race. But, the club of Nasser Al Khelaifi are optimistic and are not worried by the gap between their offer and what Lille may demand.
