Monica Colombo, journalist of Il Corriere della Sera, spoke during "QSVS" on Telelombardia. Here are her words about the Rossoneri managers Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara's situation with the club:
"It is an embarrassing situation. AC Milan managed to cancel an organisation that won a historic Scudetto after 11 years, talking more about the renewal of the contract of the two managers than about market operations. Having said that there are just 24 hours left, today nothing happened as you know. On the part of all the parties involved, it is repeated that there is no closure, there is the will to close, but it is clear and evident that the main topic is the margin of operations that Paolo Maldini is asking for in order to remain at Milan. Everything else seems to me to be, such as the budget mentioned or the increase in the amount of wages, speculations. However, I remain positive. I remain less positive, perhaps on the fact that it will happen just before midnight tomorrow."
