La Gazzetta dello Sport confirm last night's news from Gianluca Di Marzio: AC Milan have come forward to sign Charles De Ketelaere. Club Brugge were in fact approached with an offer worth 20 million euros plus bonuses.
The Belgian club refused because they deemed the figures too low to let go of Charles De Ketelaere. However, this is classic negotiation. It was only a first offer for Milan and negotiations have really started and opened between both clubs now.
As per the newspaper, Club Brugge's demand from AC Milan is a transfer fee of 30 million euros. But, it could raise to 35 million euros in case an auction on the player is started.
