AC Milan want to sign Charles De Ketelaere as he represents an ideal profile for the management: he is young and has a promising future ahead of him as he has qualities.
According to what was reported before by Gianluca Di Marzio, Milan's opening bid was 20 million euros which is deemed by Club Brugge to be too low to let go of their starlet.
Now, as per journalist Tomas Taecke, Premier League side Leeds United have made a bid around 30 million euros to sign Charles De Ketelaere with bonuses, making it easily reach 35 million euros.
The player, however, does not like to make a move to the English club. You never know what happens in the market but right now, according to the journalist of HLN, the idea of Leeds is "excluded from the start for the De Ketelaere camp." The starlet is convinced of the Rossoneri destination.
