AC Milan club technical area director Paolo Maldini and director of sport Frederic Massara continue to work during these days for the transfer of 21-year-old Belgian attacking midfielder Charles De Ketelaere. But, acquiring his sports services will not be easy as there is competition from Leeds United especially who are currently offering more money than Milan, according to the latest report.

Club Brugge are prepared to sell their star in this summer transfer window and the level of attention on De Ketelaere suggests a transfer out of Belgium is inevitable.
Premier League outfit Leeds expressed their interest clearly. However, they are prepared for the possibility that a move for AC Milan, the long-term favourites to land him and the move De Ketelaere is most keen on, will knock them out of the running, according to The Athletic.
According to the same source, for De Ketelaere to finance a bid for De Ketelaere, they are required to raise money first by selling Raphinha and that situation is at a standstill. Chelsea are reportedly ready to buy an up-front fee of around £60 million with bonuses worth more than £5 million. Leeds would accept that offer but Raphinha is resisting Chelsea’s approaches in the hope Barcelona, his preferred destination, will stump up the cash.
