The AC Milan club management, despite the stand-by position they are experiencing with Charles De Ketelaere negotiations, are trying to move on other fronts to reinforce other areas in the pitch.
The club directors want to add a defender, especially after the exit of Alessio Romagnoli on a free transfer.
According to the latest news reported by Il Corriere della Sera in today's edition, the Rossoneri have talked to Tottenham director Fabio Paratici to take stock of the Tanganga situation. The Spurs are open to letting the English versatile defender leave on loan with an obligation to buy while the AC Milan club management are pushing for a loan with the option to buy instead.

Japhet Tanganga, however, is not the only defender liked by Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara. In fact, Evan N'dicka is also on the shortlist. The central defender is a 22-year-old Frenchman who plays for Eintracht Frankfurt. His contract expires at the end of the current season.
