First training session in Austria took place today for the AC Milan Men's team who arrived yesterday. They are preparing for the friendly game against Wolfsberger AC.
In the morning, the players and staff did a light recovery session following yesterday's friendly in Hungary with a 15km bike ride. In the afternoon, the team held a session at the Sportzentrum Landskron, which Stefano Pioli decided to open up to the public, given that a large number of Rossoneri fans were present.
The players warmed up, doing exercises with hurdles and cones. The squad was then divided into two groups: one played a game on a reduced pitch and the other did individual drills. Games of football tennis and a 3 v 1 finishing drill were up next. The session finished with sprints.
