Hakim Ziyech was linked with a move to AC Milan this summer but the Rossoneri have prioritised a move for Charles De Ketelaere and have reportedly used most of the allocated budget for that transfer. The latest news claimed that the player has started to feel impatient and frustrated with Il Diavolo's slow approach in the negotiations.
Now, as per journalist Marco Conterio on Twitter, AC Milan management is no longer in the race to sign the 29-year-old Moroccan winger from Chelsea.
According to the same source, Franck Kessié (who reportedly has a clause to free himself from the contract at FC Barcelona due to being unable to be registered by the club in La Liga before this Saturday) is not considered as an option for Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara.
