Jean-Pierre Papin, former AC Milan French striker spoke about his experience with the Rossoneri and about his farewell to the club.
Here are his statements to La Repubblica:
"The only regret of my career is that I left after two years. I wasn't playing enough. Capello told me 'the decision is yours and we respect it, but nobody here wants you to leave'."
Jean Pierre Papin added:
"When a team like Milan tells you not to leave, then you don't have to. It was a privilege to be part of that incredible team."
