AC Milan continues to look for players who can be affordable in the market and without much competition on them, such as Pierre Kalulu and others. Now, it seems that the directors Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara are aiming for Raphael Onyedika of Danish outfit FC Midtjylland.

The Nigerian midfielder who is 21 years old is understood to be on the shortlist of the Serie A winners to replace Franck Kessié who joined FC Barcelona on a free this summer.
Onyedika is young, physically strong, his pricetag is within reach and has great room for growth. With the growth Decree, Milan can easily afford his wages too and the deal would be facilitated.
Onyedika's contract is valid until June 2026 and his club values him at 8 million euros. The Rossoneri's first offer was set at 4 million euros plus bonuse which was deemed too low. The AC Milan management should, however, try again to purchase the player's card from Midtjylland, as reported by Calciomercato.com.
