AC Milan, after a very good start to the Serie A championship with a win against Udinese 4-2, are now focusing on the next challenge on Sunday away from the San Siro where they will take on Gian Piero Gasperini's team Atalanta.
According to the latest news reported by the daily Italian newspaper Il Corriere dello Sport today, French central forward Olivier Giroud has a chance to convince Stefano Pioli in training in order to snatch the starting position from Ante Rebic who started (and scored a brace) against Udinese.
Stefano Pioli has several ideas and choices with a few training sessions left before Sunday. In all this, Belgian forward Divock Origi should start from the bench but, he can have more minutes to play in comparison to his last appearance in the Serie A matchday 1.

Yes I think Olivier Giroud should start against Atalanta ,his sheer strength belief ,and technical ability is second to none ,he doesn’t need many chances to score goals .
I have never doubted this man’s ability ,particularly inside the 18 yard area ,where is second to none ..of course he needs pace around him ,but this Ac Milan team ,have bags of that …We can I believe challenge for honours again this season .Keep believing ,Olivier certainly does ..
You’re absolutely correct!
