AC Milan started the Serie A championship with a deserved victory 4-2 against Udinese at the San Siro, in front of over 70 thousand fans. Three points are the ideal start and the club supporters even had a first glimpse of their jewel Charles De Ketelaere in his first debut in an official game.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, head coach Stefano Pioli could even choose to start the coming game against Atalanta at Bergamo with the former Club Brugge star. But, he would not be behind the striker. In fact, as per the newspaper, Stefano Pioli does not plan to replace Brahim Diaz who has played so well against Udinese.
De Ketelaere, instead, is competing for a starting spot on the right flank. It is a race between him and Brazilian winger Junior Messias.
