AC Milan managers Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara are always keen to try to keep their key players who contributed to the latest positive performances and Scudetto success. After Theo Hernandez and Fikayo Tomori, the Italian club directors are working on locking down the Bosnian midfielder, Rade Krunic, on a new deal.
According to the latest news reported by Nicolo Schira today, the former Empoli central midfielder is very close to securing a contract extension with the champions of Italy. His new deal would expire in June 2026.
Rade Krunic, right-footed 28-year-old player has his current contract that is valid with Il Diavol until June 2024. He already made his first appearance against Udinese in in the Serie A opener. Against Atalanta, however, he will not be available due to a muscle problem. He should be out for around a month, give or take.
