Premier League side West Ham are working to reinforce their squad with the signing of Lucas Paquetà after having already spent a lot of money on the likes of Gianluca Scamacca, Nayef Aguerd, Maxwell Cornet, Emerson Palmieri, Thilo Kehrer and more. They have spent around 139 million euros and are looking to spend another important fee to be able to land Brazilian attacking midfielder of Lyon Lucas Paquetà.

According to the latest news reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, West Ham are serious for the former AC Milan player. The Hammers have in fact presented an offer to Lyon for 40 million euros. The Brazilian's agents are currently in London to try to close the deal by the end of the transfer market. Paquetá 's current contract with Lyon will expire on 30 June 2025.
As per Milannews.it's Antonio Vitiello, AC Milan could receive 6 million euros if the transfer of the player goes through as the Rossoneri are entitled to 15% of a future resale.
