AC Milan's draw against RB Salzburg away from home brings a precious point which will be important for the qualification to the next round, writes La Gazzetta dello Sport. But, Chelsea's unexpected defeat to Dinamo Zagreb in Croatia triggered some kind of 'greed' which made all Milan fans and players really push for a victory.

The newspaper wrote that a Milan that is not very proactive must already be happy with the point gained in the comeback in the last minutes of the first half. Beyond the lack of victory, Pioli must question the reasons for a mediocre performance against a discreet opponent but nothing more.

It is certainly not easy to dispose of the fatigue of the derby in a few days and the aggressiveness, which was expected, of the Austrians that prevented the Rossoneri from playing their usual style.

Stefano Pioli 's team is used to dictating the pace in Serie A, but in Europe they can't do it because the ball travels faster on every pitch. Milan have conceded first goal of the match 4 times out of 6 games already this season, it is true that Milan have always recovered, but the Rossoneri's approach to the game must certainly be improved, concludes the newspaper.
