AC Milan's Croatian forward Ante Rebic and Bosnian midfielder Rade Krunic have trained alone yesterday in the Carnago Sports Centre. The Rossoneri duo are working to reach a good physical condition in order to be able to return to the pitch soon and help their teammates and possibly give the coach more tactical solutions and a breathing room for the tired starters.
As per La Gazzetta dello Sport in today's print edition, however, the two players in question will not be available for the Serie A match against Sampdoria this Saturday.
Krunic and Rebic are still injured and working towards recovery. Instead, they may be available for team selection just in time for the Champions League fixture against Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday, September 14.
