Divock Origi was reportedly supposed to start in the match against Sampdoria today. But, the Belgian forward, unfortunately, has suffered an injury in yesterday's training.
As per MilanPress.it, Origi sustained a muscle strain in his thigh and is forced to skip the game against Marco Giampaolo's team.
The player will, therefore, not even be called up to the game at the Marassi stadium. Instead, French striker Olivier Giroud will most likely be the one to start in the lineup.
