AC Milan continue their agenda to sign more contract renewals of important players in Stefano Pioli's squad. One of the team members who definitely deserve an extension is versatile defender Pierre Kalulu.
According to Calciomercato.com, sporting director Frederic Massara and technical area director Paolo Maldini have been in constant dialogues with the representatives of Pierre Kalulu since last May. The relationship between the player's agents and the Milanese management is excellent. There is confidence to successfully close the negotiations soon.
Kalulu currently earns a salary of 400 thousand euros net per season. His deal is valid until June 2025. The Milan directors want to triple the salary and reach 1.2 million euros. The entourage of the player, however, are requesting 1.5 million euros net per season. The gap is not big and there is a meeting scheduled between the involved parties before the end of September to try to reach a definitive agreement.
Kalulu, for his part, wants to stay with AC Milan.
