Zlatan Ibrahimovic was interviewed by Italian media outlet SportMediaset today and had these statements to say about his recovery and how it is going:
"We still need a little patience. I'm fine, there is still some time before returning to the group with the team but the important thing is to feel good first and then return to play."
On a possible future as a coach:
"If I say that I want to do it, then I will have to do it. If I already thought about being a coach it would also mean that I am thinking of quitting and it is not like that. I am still hungry and my desire is to continue to be successful."
Ibrahimovic on the Milan team:
"I ask my teammates for results every day, in training as in a match, and also for discipline. It would be nice to reach the knockout stages of the Champions League but you have to think about commitment after commitment, without forgetting the league. I like to have many young teammates and to be invested with so much responsibility."
On his late friend and agent, Mino Raiola:
"For him, I only have good thoughts. He will remain in my heart and I will miss him forever. I have suffered a lot."
