AC Milan president, Paolo Scaroni, attended the BMW event, Automotive Partner and Premium Partner of AC Milan, held at the Milanello Sports Centre. On the occasion, he talked once more about the importance of the new stadium. Here are his statements as he focused in particular about the issue of the possible reduced capacity compared to that of San Siro:
"This is an element that will be defined in detail only in the executive planning phase that will follow the public debate. We have not decided anything yet, we are reflecting on a capacity between 60 and 70 thousand seats. What is a fixed point for us is that we want to make two rings and not three, for various reasons, in particular for the fact that from the third ring you don't see the matches well."
Scaroni concluded:
"We are in a phase of evaluating and we are encouraged in our choices by the fact that the stadium is fuller than usual this season."
