La Gazzetta dello Sport in this morning's print edition have commented on the game that saw AC Milan win against Hellas Verona at the Bentegodi stadium.
The Italian newspaper heaped praise on the German 21-year-old central defender, Malick Thiaw, who was decisive with a couple of interventions especially the first when he saved the shot of Depaoli. He proved to be a nice discovery for AC Milan: he is a boy who has important promise and potential in him.
As for another Milan signing, Yacine Adli, his performance was 'rejected' by Il Corriere dello Sport in this morning's print edition. The newspaper adds that he must play with more focus, get more minutes in order to get in the right form in order to provide fresh energy for the squad, even if he was "too wrong" last night.
