AC Milan continue to look for ways to reinforce the team, especially in the offensive department. The Rossoneri team of Stefano Pioli mayhaps lacks some quality on the right flank compared to the left one. That is why reports continue to confirm the Italian club's interest in Morocco international Hakim Ziyech.
According to a report shared by Calciomercato.com, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara have never abandoned the trail leading to the ex Ajax right-winger. However, since the last meeting in October with Ziyech's representatives, the deal, at least in view of January's transfer market window, has seemed extremely complicated.
In fact, Ziyech is asking for a fee around 7 to 8 million euros net per season which is deemed way too high for the reigning Serie A champions. AC Milan did not even come close to offering 6 million euros for the player's salary.
