AC Milan's loanee who is currently at Lecce, Lorenzo Colombo, has spoken to the microphones of RTL 102.5. Here are some of his words:
"If you see the loan as a lack of trust, you have it all wrong. Best not to go there at that point. The loan is a growth opportunity that also helps you to get to know yourself better."
Colombo continued:
"For me, going on loan is essential to become the player in my head. If you're at Milan and you're facing players like Ibrahimovic it's not easy to show off, so you have to try to be seen in other teams."
Lecce have an option to buy in the agreement with AC Milan over the loan of the 20-year-old Italian striker. But, the Rossoneri have reserved the right to exercise buy-back clause in case they'd wish to have him back.
