AC Milan have been linked for a while now with Morocco international Hakim Ziyech. The 29-year-old right-winger and playmaker of Chelsea has performed well in the World Cup competition and reports are claiming that the Italian directors Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara are still interested in him despite some attempts for him in the summer.
Graham Potter, Chelsea's boss, spoke about the player's qualities to the media. Here are his words which show reat appreciation to the Ajax star:
"He played against Manchester City and I had him take over against Newcastle. I think that before leaving he was a step behind the starting 11 but he was always in the game, even if he started from the bench. We know his qualities, we like him as a player, he plays between the lines, he has fantastic qualities that we saw at the World Cup. We can say many things but there are always great players among the starting eleven, you need patiencebut i'm happy for him. I kept in touch with Hakim during the World Cup and I was pleased that we played and managed to help his national team." (transcribed via CM.IT)
Perhaps these words of praise may mean that Ziyech's destiny should change at Chelsea under guidance of Graham Potter. What do you think?
