Left-winger, Rafael Leao, is certainly at the centre of the AC Milan's club project because he is an important player for Stefano Pioli and has so much potential to display in the future.
Former Inter and Milan forward, Antonio Cassano, spoke about the player's talent and took stock of what his future could look like. Here are his words about him but also about Sandro Tonali. Cassano spoke, as usual, to Bobo TV's channel:
"Milan, right now here, is relying a lot on him (Leao) and Tonali. Tonali has had devastating growth and will continue to grow. If you put a player like Brozovic next to him, he produces even more. He recovers the ball, knows how to play, has insertion, pace, personality, has quality of play and vision. In the next two or three years he can become a top midfielder. But he is a player who is growing a lot. At this moment, Milan need Tonali here and up front is Leao who is making the difference. In Italy he makes the difference."
Cassano continued to talk on Rafael Leao:
"Milan is making a big sacrifice because they want to renew his contract and he is wavering: what does he have to waver about? That if he goes somewhere else he risks ending up like Grealish who was a phenomenon at Aston Villa."
