According to French newspaper Le Progrés, Saint-Etitenne who play in the second division of the French league have rejected the Rossoneri's latest offer. The player's representative now would like to keep their star at Saint-Etienne and wait until his contract expires in the summer transfer window. If a deal happens in the summer, Saint-Etienne would only receive a small compensation fee for training the player throughout their youth academy. Meanwhile, AC Milan prepare for this mercato shot for JUST 5 million euros.
