Italian journalist of Sky Sport Italia, Angelo Mangiante, provided an update regarding Nicolo Zaniolo who is wanted by AFC Bournemouth. The Premier League club had reportedly sent in an offer to AS Roma worth around 30 million euros:
"Zaniolo is training regularly in a group, but he will not be called up for Napoli. There is frost between Roma and the player. Today his agent will speak with Bournemouth to understand the English club's project. We'll see if this will change Zaniolo's assessment who at the moment does not accept Bournemouth's court because Milan has always been in his mind so far."
The journalist continued to talk about Nicolo Zaniolo's situation:
"Zaniolo is also willing to stay with AS Roma until to the summer and see if Milan will make a new attempt with Roma. The Giallorossi hope to have the player's 'yes' today and then go on to his alternative, namely Ziyech,which would be taken with the money obtained from the sale of Zaniolo to Bournemouth (30 million euros plus bonus plus 10% on the future presale)."
