AC Milan have secured a transfer signing already as they seek for affordable ways to reinforce their squad in view of the summer transfer market window.
According to the latest update shared by Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Serie A giants AC Milan have secured the signature of Marco Sportiello as their new goalkeeper in the coming summer transfer window. This is a done deal and it is expected to bolster Milan's goalkeeping options. Sportiello will join the Rossoneri club as a free agent from fellow Serie A club Atalanta in July.
The 30-year-old shot-stopper, who has spent most of his career in Bergamo, will slot into the team as a backup goalkeeper to Mike Maignan who is now injured and should return as a starter once he fully recovers.
