Speaking to the microphones of DAZN, AC Milan Bosnian midfielder Rade Krunic, said the following words after the narrow 1-0 victory against AC Monza. Here are his words:
"A fundamental victory? It weighs a lot, after two useful results we wanted to close the week in the best possible way. They are a tough and motivated opponent who plays good football, it wasn't easy but we prepared well and with our application and everything we put on the field, we won."
He added:
"In Serie A, there are very few games without suffering. Nobody likes to suffer, but we like to fight together on the field, even to suffer together for a positive result."
Third consecutive clean sheet for AC Milan... Krunic said:
"We are not used to conceding so many goals, it was a difficult period for us. We thought about what to improve and what to work on."
Krunic on his role:
"I feel good, since the game against Inter, I've been playing with Sandro. The coach asks us to have the ball many times and we try to do it, trying to make as few mistakes as possible."
Did Milan put the negative period behind them now?
"With this victory we closed a perfect week from the points perspective. That bad period is behind us, now we look forward and think about working."
