Like his teammate, Bennacer, Fikayo Tomori has released an interview to the microphones of UEFA and said the following words:
"My life dream may seem a bit banal, but it's to have no regrets. At the end of my career, I want to be able to say that I did everything I could; that I allowed myself to be myself. In the end, whether I win a million trophies or just the Scudetto, I will still be satisfied with what I have achieved."
On his goal against Liverpool, Tomori said these words:
"I remember when I scored against Liverpool (in the 2-1 home defeat in December 2021), I thought, 'I scored at San Siro for Milan in the Champions League. Wow, this is what I watched my idols do, and now I'm doing it myself'. It's crazy to think about."
Tomori on his personal goal to improve his style of play:
"My Next Level is to be present in both penalty areas, to be dominant both in the air and with the ball at my feet."
On the motivational inspiration provided to him by his father, Tomori stated:
"He says that everything is based on determination, not just in football but in life as well. If you work hard at something, if you apply yourself and really want it, then what you commit to will bear fruit. It's something that I've always had in my mind, carved somewhere in my brain."
