As reported in this morning's print edition of Il Corriere della Sera, the recent results which the AC Milan team achieved are below expectations, obviously. However, the head coach, Stefano Pioli, is still supported by the club management for now.
The next couple of months, though, are absolutely crucial for the Rossoneri club's growth because they need to secure their positions in the top four positions in the Serie A league standings. This is a very important task for the coach and even for the technical area director himself, Paolo Maldini. The stakes are high for the red and black faithful: achieving Champions League football in view of next season is an absolute must. Or, there would be some serious consequences.
