An afternoon meeting was held at Casa Milan between the AC Milan management and an intermediary of Brahim Diaz. Milan wants to move quickly to reach a solution that can satisfy the player and at the same time convince Real Madrid.
According to sources close to the Rossoneri environment, as relayed by Calciostyle.it, the AC Milan management reiterated their total willingness to redeem the player, but not at the agreed-upon price (22 million euros). An attempt to offer 15 million euros had already been made, but the Spaniards had rejected the offer in light of the player's growth.
From today's meeting, it emerged that Real Madrid wants to take back Brahim Diaz if Milan does not redeem him for the exact amount: 22 million euros.
It is not excluded that AC Milan may offer a higher figure. However, as of today, nothing has been achieved. The Rossoneri continue not to want to spend what was agreed upon at the time, and it remains to be seen if an agreement can be reached. There is, however, no optimism if one of the parties does not back down from their positions, as per the Calcio Style.
