In their capital gains case, the Juventus football club have seen their fifteen points deduction in the league revoked.
The Sports Guarantees Committee has accepted Juventus' appeal for the capital gains case, but has referred the matter to the justice department of the Italian Football Federation for a new assessment. Therefore, the 15-point penalty is suspended until a new trial. Appeals from Pavel Nedved, Paolo Garimberti, and Enrico Vellano were also accepted. However, Andrea Agnelli, Fabio Paratici, and Federico Cherubini's appeals were rejected, as relayed by Sky Sport Italia.
According to the current decision, Juventus returns to third place. AC Milan are moved back to the fifth position while Inter are sixth.
