As reported by Tuttosport in this morning's print edition, there could be some exits made in the Milan transfer market window come the summer.
We are talking about Yacine Adli. His season has so far been characterised by only 121 minutes in the league. A telling statistic that shows how the former Bordeaux player is practically at the bottom of Stefano Pioli's hierarchy. AC Milan, who had signed him in the summer of 2021 from Bordeaux and loaned him back to the French club for a year, thus obtaining a substantial discount on the purchase price which then settled at around 7 million, will have to decide what to do with him during the next summer transfer window.
The most likely solution will be a loan deal and in this regard, Salernitana, coached by Paulo Sousa, could be a very welcome option for the player. In recent weeks, there has been a meeting in Milan between Milan's management and Salernitana's sporting director, Morgan De Sanctis, where Adli's name was mentioned.
AC Milan, for their part, will need to include Italian players in their squad and the name of Pasquale Mazzocchi, a versatile full-back who can play on both the left and right, could be an interesting option for the next season. Mazocchi has two goals and 2 assists so far this season in 20 Serie A matches. The right-footed Italian talent who is 27 years old has a contract with Salernitana until June 2026.
