As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport newspaper today, AC Milan's head coach Stefano Pioli is considering a significant rotation for the game against Cremonese which is valid for the Serie A matchday 33.
Due to the suspension of Fikayo Tomori and Simon Kjaer's inability to play the entire game, Pierre Kalulu and Malick Thiaw are likely to start in backline.
There may also be a rest for French striker Olivier Giroud, with either Ante Rebic or Divock Origi taking his place.
