AC Milan will want to sign quite a few players in the summer transfer window in order to make the squad stronger. We may even see 6 or 7 new players join the club.
As relayed by PianetaMilan.it, in addition to a new second goalkeeper (already confirmed as Marco Sportiello), a couple of defenders (a central defender and a left-back), a strong central midfielder, two attacking wingers (one on the right and one on the left), and finally, a couple of central forwards will arrive. As for the defensive department, the latest transfer rumor regarding the Rossoneri is reported below.
As published by Il Romanista on May 2nd, AC Milan have already reached an agreement for the upcoming summer transfer window with Daniel Amartey. The 28-year-old Ghanaian central defender is capable of playing as a defensive midfielder or right-back.
Amartey is currently playing for Leicester City, but his contract will expire on June 30th. Therefore, if these rumours are confirmed, Il Diavolo could sign him on a free transfer once the season ends.
