AC Milan's Portuguese left-winger, Rafael Leao, is set to sign a new contract with the club. An announcement could come finally on Friday.
According to what is reported by Milannews, and as shared to you already in our editorial piece, Leao will sign a five-year contract with a significant increase in salary: the Portuguese player will go from the current 1.5 million to 5 million euros net per season, plus bonuses.
In the new agreement, the release clause will still be present, which will be slightly higher than the one included in the current contract: the clause will increase from 150 million to 175 million euros. In order to finalize this renewal, the AC Milan directors have made a very important financial effort, but absolutely necessary to retain one of the strongest talents playing not only in Italy but also in Europe.
