The AC Milan managers are working to identify the transfer market signings. According to what is reported by the Italy-based website Calciomercato.com, the club is very close to reaching a total agreement with Chelsea for Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
The English midfielder, though, is not the only player on the agenda of Giorgio Furlani and Geoffrey Moncada. In fact, the Rossoneri are in the final stages to close a deal with Luka Romero regarding a free transfer.
The 18-year-old right-winger, who can also play as an attacking midfielder is represented by Fali Ramadani. Luka Romero is from Argentine, but he has a Spanish passport as well, so he will not be taking a non-European slot in AC Milan's squad.
