In fact, according to what is reported by TheAthletic.com, AC Milan have suggested an initial verbal offer to Chelsea regarding the permanent transfer of the American winger: the offer is set at around 14 million euros. However, Ligue 1 side Lyon are ready to rival the Rossoneri's bid.
According to the source, they sent an offer worth 25 million euros plus a sell-on clause that is still being negotiated.
