It's another start of the week and the work on the transfer market by AC Milan is ongoing as usual. The club is ready to invest money after the sale of Sandro Tonali to Newcastle. According to the latest updates, the Rossoneri are actively pursuing potential new signings in midfield and the attacking midfield areas, while also waiting to make a move for a new center forward who can alternate with Olivier Giroud.
As reported by Tuttosport in this morning's print edition, over the weekend AC Milan have come closer to Christian Pulisic, the Chelsea winger who has already said yes to the Rossoneri and is pushing for a move to Milanello.
Now an agreement needs to be reached between the clubs, but the gap between the asking price (25 million euros) and the offer (20 million euros) is not very large, so a deal could be reached soon with the inclusion of some bonuses. For the right flank, Samuel Chukwueze is also a hot name, but convincing Villarreal to lower their asking price of 30 million euros won't be easy.
The midfield needs further reinforcement and that is why AC Milan are keen on two players: Tijjani Reijnders and Yunus Musah. Now, the Rossoneri club managers will need to reach an agreement with the Spanish and Dutch clubs in order to provide two more important reinforcements in the midfield for Stefano Pioli, following Loftus-Cheek. The gap between the asking price and the offer is narrow (again, 25 million versus 20 million in this case) and therefore it feels like the final agreement is not too far off for both operations.
